Company number: 6898409Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We do not give credit to any of our customers.Shipping And Handling We offer a next day delivery (as long as the order is placed before 12am, orders placed after this time will have an expected delivery time of 2 working days). There is also the option to have timed deliveries with guaranteed before 9am, before 10.30am and before 12am.
Standard delivery is Guaranteed Next Day between the hours of 8am and 6pm. (Some highland addresses are surcharged and cannot guarantee next day, please ask for more details) but this is dependant on the courier service and any delays or incomplete delivery are not our responsibility and neither ourselves or the courier service can offer compensation in these instances.
Transport Policy
All of our delivery charges are based on delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands). All deliveries are based on the customer being available to accept the goods. This includes, on heavier items, the ability or willingness to manually offload the goods, or having mechanical offloading facilities available (such as a forklift truck). Please be aware that any order received after midday on a Friday (along with any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday as we do not deliver Saturdays. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering your goods.Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. On appropriate items we will send your order on a next working day delivery.
When signing for goods delivered by a courier. You MUST ensure goods are not damaged, in good working order and acceptable BEFORE signing for the goods.
You must inform us within 24 if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number when contacting us.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received in good condition.
Please sign for goods "Damaged" if you there is signs of damage to the outer packaging and REFUSE goods, if goods are signed for in good condition we will not be held responsible for damaged goods at this point.
These terms and conditions are to accepted for online orders and are also applied for telephone orders.Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and give you the option to remove the item from your order, or we will back order the item for you and send out when available. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union: 20% VAT. We have made the instructions clear, concise and simple but we advise that all measurements of EPDM Rubber and Trim sizes are checked and re-checked before the order is made.
We DO NOT accept returns on EPDM Rubber sheets.

We cannot be held responsible for other people’s errors. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery a signed note clearly stating directions of where to leave the items must be left. If for any reason the items are refused by your self or returned goods, a 25% handling fee will be applied before a credit is issued. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
For damaged goods, or to return items then please contact us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you are advised to take out postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be un-used and in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.
